Massive speculation erupted after warplanes accompanied Vladimir Putin's flight. Ending its silence, the Kremlin has explained the reason behind the fighter jets escorting Putin. The Kremlin stated that the decision was made because of the "danger" to Putin's security. Kremlin, however, didn't mention the nature of danger in its statement. Russian Su-35 fighter jets accompanied Putin's plane during his entire trip to the Middle East.
