EJAC ex-chief Rather joins PDP, Mehbooba welcomes him into party fold

Former Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) president Mohammad Rafiq Rather joined PDP. Party president Mehbooba Mufti said he will work with those party workers who were never after big posts.
