India has maintained J&K 'was, is and will always' remain an integral part of the country. Pakistan's attempts to 'internationalise' the Kashmir issue have repeatedly failed. India & Pakistan haven't held a comprehensive dialogue since the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.
